KUROUCHI mini Walnut handle
Black knives forged by sword smiths.
The handle is made by Nagi Factory, a woodworking workshop in Hokkaido, Japan.
Custom-made walnut specification.
Yasugi steel [Yasugi Hagane], which is the closest steel to Japanese swords, is used for these forged black batting knives.
Forged Kurouchi knives are forged more by increasing the tenacity and strength of the steel, which improves the sharpness and allows for longer use.
Because they are made entirely from steel, the whole piece is prone to rusting.
*Please wash the knife in clean water after use, remove water and store it.

特注ウォールナットの名栗仕様です。
刃は両刃の出刃包丁を小型にしたタイプで、小さいためいろんなシーンでお使いいただけます。
この鍛造黒打包丁には日本刀に最も近い安来鋼【やすきはがね】を使用しています。
鍛造黒打包丁は、鋼の粘りと強度が増すことで、切れ味を良くし、長く使っていただけるようにより多くの鍛錬をしています。
鉄と鋼だけで作っているため、全体がサビやすいです。
※包丁は使用後、きれいに水洗いし、水分を取り保管ください。
